This Agreement is effective until terminated. Webkul Software Pvt. Ltd. may terminate your access at any time if you violate any of the terms, particularly those related to objectionable content or abusive behavior.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
